Improved spoiler tag.#485

There should be an option for tagging specific parts of a post/revies as spoiler. Like in discord where you can use ||spoiler|| to hide specific text. This’ll make the posts and reviews more visible to everyone while also not spoiling them. Better formatting option for people writing a review that contains some spoilers but majority isn’t.
