Proper link mapping for buttons#478

If i click on a comment reply in my notifications tab, not only should it open the post, but also scroll down to the comment.

Apologies for the inconvenience. This was part of the initial plan but was put on hold due to development constraints. We’ll work to get it implemented as soon as possible.
