Countdown for events#379

When doing a giveaway or hosting an even maybe add a countdown link so everyone can see what remains without using time zone convert every time.
Or add Europe and USA date and time.
Also a link or notice of when the daily counter resets.
So we know before which specific hour we have to send a message.
