Different notification markers for Activities and Following#370

When you get a notification on Fuze, a red circle appears next to the bell icon, but theres no way to know what kind of notification it is before clicking. When you follow hundreds of people, its lit up quite often. It would be nice to be able to tell if someone has interacted with my post or if its just someone making their own post.
