Add webm and webp upload support#369

Please add webm and webp video and image support to uploads. A lot of media online is in this format and it is open source to support.

On mobile, we currently support both webm and webp formats. If you’re encountering any issues, please share more details and we’ll be happy to look into it. Thank you very much for your feedback!
