More options when rating game (strengths, weaknesses, time to beat, etc)#278

Obviously you can write all this in a review, but when rating a game, it’d be neat to have sections dedicated to strengths, weaknesses, time to beat (for the individual that rates it), etc. That way when players search a game, they can look at what other FUZErs have said about it in a succinct way.
